1. Work Visa

  • Late Renewal Fine: OMR 50 (USD 129.86) per month.

  • Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months).
  • Two passport-sized photos.

2. Employment Contracting Visa

ROP Visa Fines

Fines are applicable in the following cases:

  1. Overstaying a visit visa beyond 24 hours after expiry.
  2. Overstaying a residence visa beyond 30 days after expiry.
  3. Not applying for a visa within 180 days of a child’s birth in Oman.
  4. Not obtaining a visa within 180 days of a dependent entering Oman.
